Zoe Fitzgerald Carter + CAPELLA & CROIZAT
Multi-instrumentalist and award winning songwriters, Michael Capella and John ‘Roy Zat’ Croizat, team up for a set of thoughtful and fun songs. Both are long-time Sonoma County musicians, and have played with numerous bands and artists: Kevin Russell, Teresa Tudury, Kate Wolf, Nina Gerber – to mention just a few.
Zoe FitzGerald Carter is a Bay Area author/musician known for her deep honey vocals and literary lyrics. After playing with numerous local bands, she released her first solo album, Waterlines, last year. Ranging from folk to funk with elements of jazz and latin, the album received widespread critical acclaim. “A profound depth of feeling is conveyed through Zoe’s lyrical and literary songwriting. She creates vignettes set to music, hinting at deeper stories not completely revealed as all good short stories do.”

TONIGHT!!
Friday, September 30th | Doors at 7:30 Show 8:15-10:30pm – MUSIC
Five Cent Coffee And Three Drink Circus
Imagine dirty ukulele blues with howling vocals; sometimes a sad accordion wails, sometimes your toe taps to the twang of a banjo. Moody and candy-like, Five Cent Coffee writes songs that cast you back into another time. We are inspired by sounds as diverse as the clang and thump of old jug and skiffle bands and early 20th c. American music to Kurt Weill and Lotte Lenya to Tom Waits, Nick Cave, and the Tiger Lillies.
Three Drink Circus is a trio from Oakland, CA, playing ukulele, accordion, washboard, sometimes with a musical saw or junk percussion thrown in. We hit both salty and sweet, telling terrible stories in spellbinding ways.

Brad Barton, Reality Thief casts a spell of mystery, mischief, and hilarity. Performing for over 30 years, Brad combines magic, psychology, comedy, mind reading, and audience participation to create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. He was the special guest performer for Prince’s final performance at the San Francisco Fillmore, and is the only magician ever known to steal music legend Tom Waits’ watch!
